AGM L96 AWP Spring Airsoft Sniper Rifle Review
March 7th, 2010 | by admin |The AGM L96 AWP Spring Airsoft Sniper Rifle is a bolt action single fire Airsoft Sniper Rifle, which can be upgraded with a scope or by-pod, and laser lights in the future. All in all it is a great choice for an L96 Airsoft gun. The rifle was made in China to resemble the British L42 sniper rifle. It first appeared in the early 1980’s. This rifle was very popular because of its special anti-icing features, which allowed snipping applications to be carried out in cold weather conditions, without freezing up. The stock feels solid, and has no flexibility or creaking. It also has a very comfortable hand grip, as you hold the rifle and fire. It features an adjustable hop-up, an adjustable butt stock with a cheek rest, which fits comfortably in your shoulder. It also comes with integrated top and front rails. The AGM L96 AWP Airsoft Sniper Rifle comes equipped with a cocking handle, which also features a safety button, which can be pressed to prevent the rifle from firing when it is not suppose to.
The magazine has a 30 round capacity of BB’s; which has a velocity of 450 feet per second. The 231/2 inch barrel length sends the 0.2 g BB’s a whopping 200 to 240 feet. The AGM L96 Spring Airsoft Sniper Rifle also comes with its own shoulder sling, so that it can be carried just like the solders do when they are not in combat.
The AGM L96 AWP Spring Airsoft Sniper Rifle does have some assembly requirements which are very easy for any age. You will need to slip the shoulder section of the stock into the firing section and screw it down with four metric screws. The screws and the torque wrench are included in the box.
